  • Equipment Management: Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment, including ventilators and monitors.
  • Medication Administration: Administer IV fluids and medications as prescribed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the critical care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Emergency Response: Act promptly in life-threatening situations, adhering to nursing protocols.
  • Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients and their families.
  • Education: Provide guidance and support to families regarding patient care.
  • Post-Operative Care: Attend to pre- and post-operative patients as needed.

Qualifications
  • Active RN license or multi-state compact license is required.

  • Inquire about the number of beds in the facility and years of experience needed.
  • Consideration will be given to clinicians with pending state licenses.
  • Previous employees may be eligible for rehire.
