Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at ScionHealth. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and provide patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
  • Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
  • Work cooperatively and actively participate with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI) and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
  • Promote rehabilitation nursing philosophy and scope of practice.
  • Actively participate in team conferences and perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • Perform timely and accurate QI assessments and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing.
  • Current licensed in the state of Idaho or licensure eligible.
  • BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center.
  • ACLS within 3 months of hire.
  • NIH Stroke within 3 months of hire.
  • Previous Cath Lab experience preferred.
