**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Transportation Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing transportation strategies that drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year (estimated), based on experience and qualifications. Compensation may vary depending on individual circumstances.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement transportation strategies that align with company goals and objectives
* Oversee the management of transportation operations, including routing, scheduling, and delivery
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT regulations
* Manage and develop a team of transportation professionals to achieve exceptional safety, service, and cost targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
* Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize transportation operations
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in transportation management

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in transportation management or a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

**Benefits:**

**Work Environment:**
* Will spend time in an office working on a computer
* Must spend portion of working time in a truck with drivers, exposed to noise and vibration levels which may be higher than those typically experienced in passenger cars
