Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager II to join our Strategic Sourcing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and ongoing support of contracts, including outsourcing, managed services, statements of work, and software licensing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and draft contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of contracts
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and TD Legal to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
  • Provide subject matter expertise in contract review and negotiation
Requirements
  • 4-year degree required and/or 7+ years of related experience
  • Highly seasoned professional with substantial knowledge and expertise in contract review and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
