About the Role

This Human Resources Specialist position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department at Foot Locker. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and conduct new hire orientations to facilitate a seamless integration of new employees.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination paperwork processing.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including I9 completion and payroll file verification in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting employee attendance, leave balances, and HR metrics.
  • Support benefit enrollment and self-service system administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • An Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role is desired.
  • A minimum of 1-year previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is required.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly base salary range for this position is $21-$24 per hour.
