Overview:

The HR Coordinator role is crucial in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring efficient operations. This position involves various responsibilities, including onboarding, employee record management, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Ideal candidates possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize new hire orientations for a smooth integration of new employees.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and termination paperwork.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including I9 completion and payroll file verification in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting employee attendance, leave balances, and HR metrics.
  • Support benefit enrollment and self-service system assistance.
  • Participate in site-specific activities, such as wellness events and Company initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding payroll, general policies, and programs.
  • Complete HR reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Minimum 1-year previous experience in customer service/administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Salary Range: $21-$24 per hour. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and internal equity.
