We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift at LINE Austin. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome each guest warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across various departments.
  • Manage guest interactions with the utmost professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Facilitate the check-in process, ensuring guests receive the correct room type and rate.
  • Accurately process guest bills and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Reconcile all financial transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Create a welcoming environment that exemplifies our commitment to hospitality.
  • Assist with reservations and modifications in the absence of the Reservations Department.
  • Respond to guest inquiries efficiently, guiding them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
  • Be knowledgeable about safety protocols and assist guests during emergencies.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of three years in hospitality or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong ethical standards and conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
  • Positive demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
