Job Title: Sales Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing referrals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture lead sources and identify new opportunities
  • Organize strategic marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story
  • Develop and implement creative tactics to convert leads to move-ins
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth transition
  • Reinforce the community's brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality, or related healthcare environments
  • Proven track record of building local relationships and driving business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with a passion for seniors
  • Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week and some evenings as needed
  • Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new applications
