Job Overview

The primary role of the Customer Service Tier I position is to deliver exceptional support to all clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and precise information in response to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers, sales personnel, and delivery staff with their purchases.
  • Handle inbound calls and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers regarding warranties and returns.
  • Order parts for missing hardware and replacement items as necessary.
  • Follow up with the factory on outstanding service orders to provide status updates.
  • Manage non-sellable reports to clear items awaiting parts.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy office environment by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • File daily invoices accurately.

Employment Standards:

Must possess the ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers. Effective communication with team members is crucial, along with a positive demeanor when interacting with customers. Knowledge of workplace safety and employment procedures is also required.

Physical Activity Requirements:

To successfully execute the essential functions of this role, the employee must be capable of performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, listening, and repetitive motions. The position may involve lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment:
