About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork Foreman to join our team at Brice Civil Constructors Inc. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of mass excavation, detailed excavation, grading, site prep, TopCon, and basic GPS setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
  • Direct work, review schedules, and ensure work is completed according to plan specifications
  • Manage project construction crews, including directing work, reviewing schedules, and ensuring work is completed according to plan specifications
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide regular reporting of project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials
  • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
  • Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets, and daily management reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the civil construction field
  • Minimum three years' experience supervising a construction crew as Foreman or Lead
  • Ability to pass drug and background screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, and unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals, and job cost management systems
  • Experience with excavation and earthwork management
  • OSHA 30-hour training completion
  • Experience in federal government projects
