Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, and vacuum.
  • Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests.
  • Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
