The UofL Health Cardiology Academic medical group is a leading provider of cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. With over 15 clinical faculty members, the group practices at multiple locations in downtown Louisville, offering a wide range of services including interventional/structural cardiology, advanced imaging, consultative cardiology, heart failure and transplantation, lipids and prevention, and cardiac rehabilitation.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced APRN or PA to join our team as a Cardiology Advanced Practitioner Clinician. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in cardiology and be clinically proficient in diagnosing, prescribing, and managing patients with all levels of medical acuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Work collaboratively with faculty physicians and fellows to diagnose, prescribe, and manage patients
- Perform hospital rounds and see office hours as needed
Requirements:
- APRN or PA-C licensure
- Minimum of three years' experience in cardiology
- Clinical proficiency in diagnosing, prescribing, and managing patients with all levels of medical acuity
