Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at UofL Health. In this role, you will provide specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes for patients, including those in the Transplant Pharmacy department.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Medication order evaluation and verification
  • Drug distribution support
  • Clinical intervention
  • Formulary management

You will work closely with pharmacy leadership to develop and implement clinical pharmacy services that meet the needs of our patients. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position working primarily in the Transplant Pharmacy department at UofL Health's hospital campus. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other clinicians and healthcare providers through multidisciplinary patient care rounds and contribute to the success of our Transplant Pharmacy program.
