- E-commerce and Delivery: Process customer online orders, manage delivery schedules, and oversee timely product handovers.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily price changes, manage cash registers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Physical Demands: Work in an extremely cold environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
- Compensation: $18 per hour plus a monthly bonus based on performance.
