KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our sales and warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers, whether in person or via phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, particularly in the electrical, mechanical, and construction sectors.
  • Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Processing customer quotes and orders efficiently.
  • Conducting inventory management and cycle counting tasks.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling.
  • Performing shipping and receiving tasks as required.
  • Delivering and collecting products from customers and vendors while maintaining a professional representation of Total Tool.
  • Safely operating company vehicles as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

We seek individuals with a strong customer service mindset and a proactive attitude. While we will provide training on industry and product knowledge, the following attributes are essential:

  • Dedicated, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in customer service; warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • A commitment to advancing your career with a leading company.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Must be over 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Capability to stand on hard surfaces for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
