Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a visionary leader to expand our team as an Executive Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and managing your own team, creating a new hospice location to serve your community, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and monitor provider, community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Concho Hearts Hospice.
  • Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
  • Educate patients and their families about hospice expectations and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transitions from acute care settings to home.
  • Ensure compliance with operation and patient care standards.
Qualifications:

MUST have 2+ years of experience in Hospice Marketing.
