Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager or Manager-in-Charge to learn essential store operations and responsibilities.
  • Engage in daily tasks such as sorting donations, pricing items, displaying merchandise, maintaining sales records, and processing requisitions.
  • Oversee and guide team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the store.
  • Complete necessary training for all employees.
  • Acquire skills to refill propane tanks at designated locations.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Shifts will vary based on the training location.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet driving standards.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, credit, and background checks.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required for the role, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as necessary.
