Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and procedures
  • Deliver direct care to patients through tasks such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and grooming
  • Follow the direction and instructions given by the RN or LPN in charge
  • Maintain patient comfort and safety, as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards
  • Assist residents with daily tasks and take care of their personal needs
Requirements:
  • Current New York State Nurses Aide Certification required
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
  • Strong customer service skills and compassion
