  • Oversee the Front End department to maximize sales through excellent customer service
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual
  • Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets
