We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators and Programmers to join our team at Strange Engineering, a leading manufacturer of high-performance automotive racing components. With over 60 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service.

As a CNC Machine Operator or Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming our CNC Lathe machines, with a focus on Mazak programming. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us meet our production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC Lathe machines with precision and accuracy
  • Program and set up CNC Lathe machines for optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet production deadlines
  • Follow all safety protocols and work rules
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Mazak or Okuma machines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
