About the Role

USCS is a leading provider of cold chain services, and we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Analyst Co-op to join our team. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement Team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and improving efficiency across our 40+ facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily activities, including data collection and analysis, process improvement initiatives, and best practice facility audits.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facility management and warehouse employees to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize USCS proprietary WMS system to pull reports for data analysis and perform basic QA testing.
  • Identify facility opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including facility management, warehouse employees, and C-suite executives.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Entry-level, Co-op, or intern experience in Supply Chain preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
