Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Direct patient care: assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs.
  • Coordination of care: collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Leadership: demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to lead the team.
Requirements:
  • Nursing education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
  • Experience: minimum 24 months of experience as a Med Surg/Telemetry RN in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: basic computer proficiency, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.
