- At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
