We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse I to join our team in the Progressive Critical Care Unit at Albany Medical Center. This is a 36-hour per week, day shift position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to a mix of medical and surgical patients in a hybrid ICU/Progressive Observation unit
- Collaborate with a highly cohesive team to preserve and supplement existing nursing/physician interaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Critical Care exposure preferred
