POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary objective of your role is to ensure a secure environment, provide emotional and social support, and attend to the physical needs and comfort of residents.

You will deliver direct care to residents as assigned, following their care plans and directives from your Supervisor.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by community representatives.

Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice as set by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.


Education & Qualifications:

Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing according to state laws, or meet the necessary requirements to function as a Nursing Assistant under applicable state regulations.

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years old (if 16 years old, must currently be enrolled in high school).

Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow both verbal and written instructions.

Demonstrated capability to execute both verbal and written directions.

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.

Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in fulfilling duties.

Must observe proper safety and sanitation techniques.

Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the position's requirements.

Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.


Experience:

Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.


Shift & Wage:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.


Shifts Needed:

Varies.
