Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a key member of our hospital medicine team, you will provide comprehensive patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention services to patients
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patient problems, including the use of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • 2+ years of experience in hospital medicine or a related field
