We are in search of a bilingual maintenance technician for our well-maintained midrise property. Our Service Technicians are responsible for all facets of apartment upkeep, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing tasks. As a Service Technician II, you will ensure resident satisfaction by providing prompt and professional repair services for apartments and appliances. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, this role may be the right fit for you.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential.
  • Must possess Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Availability for weekends as needed; on-call for emergencies on a rotating schedule every other week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and resolving both basic and complex maintenance challenges, including but not limited to:
    • Heating and cooling systems
    • Electrical and plumbing systems
    • Appliance repairs
    • Structural elements such as stairs, gates, fences, and patios
    • Flooring types including tile and carpet
    • Addressing ceiling leaks

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
