Job Overview

Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Account Director to lead our client teams and drive business growth. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing large-scale client business and global brand portfolios within a digital agency environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in managing high-profile clients and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Lead and manage multiple client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative campaigns that drive results.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-profile clients and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to leverage analytics to inform campaign strategies.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K retirement plan, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and more.
