Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and navigate permitting requirements
- Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and customers to deliver exceptional results
- Utilize technology to effectively manage complex projects and drive business growth
- Maintain customer confidentiality and display excellent communication skills
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date
- Monthly base salary with training subsidy for first two years
- Commission pay structure with salary range of $80,000 - $100,000
- Company car, laptop, and cell phone for successful navigation of assigned territory
- Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K opportunity
