Adecco USA is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in Redding, CA. As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, working in a fast-paced environment to assemble metal and plastic components into sub-assemblies or finished goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts in accordance with specifications, drawings, or instructions.
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, adhesives, or other fasteners.
  • Complete bar-coded transactions and other documentation legibly, timely, and accurately.
  • Assume an active role in ensuring quality results by adhering to instructions and specifications.
  • Report discrepancies in materials or workmanship as they are identified.
  • Operate hand and power tools to assist in assembly operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical inspection, or tooling is preferred.
  • Must have a strong passion for producing a quality product, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
