**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, and delivering personalized retail experiences to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a strong sense of product knowledge
* Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and maintain store aesthetics
* Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, always doing the right thing

**Qualifications**

* 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience
* Self-starter mentality, delivering outstanding personalized retail experiences
* Open mind, eager to learn, and part of the riding community
* Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
* Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired, but not required)
