Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging and manufacturing equipment
  • Utilize Fiix to maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities
  • Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment and building systems
  • Conduct daily rounds and equipment monitoring throughout the facility
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and adhere to OSHA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with equipment manufacturers and vendors
Requirements
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or greenhouse environment
  • Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment

Our facility operates in a greenhouse environment, with temperatures varying depending on the weather outside. You will also work in a packhouse environment, where temperatures are maintained between 34-38°F to preserve product quality.
