- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the field of genitourinary radiation oncology.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction for all aspects of the department, including clinical operations, research, education, and finance.

- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance the field of genitourinary radiation oncology and drive innovation.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a radiation oncology department.
- M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Board certification in radiation oncology.
- Proven track record of successful research and grant funding.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
