Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Nurse Care Specialist - Endoscopy will include:
- Providing direct care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
- Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Evaluating patient progress and making adjustments to care as necessary
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or eligibility for compact/multi-state licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Minimum one year of experience in endoscopy or related field
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
