Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma. As a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938, we offer a stable and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operability of the delivery truck, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Perform safe and secure pick-up and delivery of parts, ensuring accurate and complete transactions.
  • Keep the parts department informed of delivery schedules and updates, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Manager to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 75 pounds is necessary for this position, ensuring the safe handling of parts and equipment.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on a starting wage of $16 per hour plus Parts Department Incentives.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 1.0 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked, 7 Paid Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision, and a 401-K retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days of employment.
  • Supplied uniforms and direct deposit, ensuring a convenient and comfortable work experience.
