Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and Plan Deliveries: Develop and maintain a schedule of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of parts to our customers.
  • Maintain Vehicle and Equipment: Ensure the cleanliness and operability of the delivery truck, performing regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
  • Safe and Reliable Delivery: Perform safe pick-up and deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts Manager to identify potential clients, complete sales calls, and maintain open communication to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with inventory management and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 75 Pounds: The ability to lift up to 75 pounds is necessary for this role, as you will be required to handle and transport parts.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position, as you will be driving company vehicles.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on a starting wage of $16 per hour plus Parts Department Incentives.
  • Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401-K retirement savings plan eligible after 90 days of employment.
  • PTO and Holidays: 1.0 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) earned for every 40.0 hours worked, plus 7 paid holidays per year.
  • Uniforms and Equipment: Supplied uniforms and equipment to ensure you have the necessary tools to perform your job duties.
