Role Responsibilities:
- Underwrite, assess, and negotiate insurance accounts in line with company standards for Professional Risks and General Liability.
- Cultivate new and sustain existing relationships with wholesale brokers across the Southwest Region.
- Collaborate with operations, claims, finance, and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and contribute to the business unit's financial success.
- Monitor product performance and propose strategies to boost productivity and profitability.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in general liability and professional liability underwriting with established broker connections in the Southwest.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

- Strong sales principles and negotiation skills, coupled with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
