General Liability/Professional Liability Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Liability/Professional Liability Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at GPAC, an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex cases from inception through resolution
- Demonstrate outstanding strategic thinking and superior research and writing skills
- Effectively advocate for clients in court
- Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to achieve a healthy work/life balance
- 3+ years litigation experience preferred
- Experience or interest in general liability, professional liability, premises liability, product liability or related fields
- Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
