About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Director to join our team at Gateways To Change Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of respect, integrity, teamwork, and innovation while working with individuals with disabilities.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, including every other weekend, with flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary. A valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection are essential requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate respect and a caring attitude toward clients, maintaining confidentiality of their information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, sharing pertinent client information and participating in completing the ISP process.
  • Supervise staff, providing verbal and written feedback, and implementing teaching programs from goals and objectives.
  • Develop systems for collecting data and monitoring progress, ensuring consistency in implementing behavioral procedures as described in the IDFs.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a Human Services field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
