The Tax Director or Tax Manager role supporting High-net worth Individuals with their compliance in our Rhode Island team at CLA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.
- Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
- Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
- Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
- Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
- Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
- Review complex individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- An active CPA certification OR a JD or EA may be accepted in lieu of a CPA certification.
- A firm that will support and foster your aspiring career goals.

This is a financial leadership position which comes with an estimated annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
