Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our Oakley team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and providing product knowledge to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by making a personal connection, paying attention to detail, and offering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store and ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
