We are in search of a skilled Electrical Protection Project Lead to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate protection-related projects, which includes estimating project costs, monitoring progress, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring seamless communication among project teams. Additionally, this role entails assisting engineers with various facets of project implementation, including system modeling, relay configuration, and conducting technical assessments. The Electrical Protection Project Lead will also be instrumental in guiding junior engineers and managing specialized customer protection inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Estimating, monitoring, and coordinating protection projects
  • Assisting engineers in project implementation
  • Guiding junior engineers
  • Overseeing specialized customer protection inquiries

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in protection or protection project oversight
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or leadership roles
  • Familiarity with SEL Relay Settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Dedication to quality and precision
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
