BI-Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our Family Practice team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
- Assist with clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing medical equipment, and maintaining patient records.
- Float between units to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
- Experience working in a Family Practice setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and afternoons.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred.
