Miso Ramen Assistant

Miso Ramen Corp is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled kitchen assistant/prep cook to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to learn about Japanese cooking and contribute to the success of our restaurant. We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the kitchen team in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, meat, and seafood.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Mandarin speaking skills are a plus but not mandatory.
