We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Allied Stone Inc. in the stone manufacturing industry.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • CNC Programming and Setup: Program and set up CNC machines for efficient and precise stone cutting, shaping, and finishing operations.
  • Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the production manager and R&D to develop CNC programs that meet production requirements and quality standards.
  • Optimization and Troubleshooting: Optimize CNC programs to enhance productivity, minimize material waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Quality Control: Conduct regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in CNC Machines: Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
  • Computer-Aided Drafting Skills: Understanding of Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) software and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Quality Control Experience: Knowledge of quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
