Registered Nurse - Assistant Unit Supervisor

RN - ASST SUPER SR LIVING

Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Unit Supervisor in our Sub-Acute Rehab (Med-Surge) Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and leadership skills to support our nursing department.


Key Responsibilities


The Assistant Unit Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Aiding the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds and focusing on high-risk patients.
  • Maintaining unit records, including RCC, MDS, immunizations, and pharmacy documentation.
  • Completing audits of Electronic Health Records.
  • Enhancing patient care standards in alignment with our mission and vision.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, the candidate must:

  • Hold a current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Have at least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Meet the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.

Pay Rate: $35-39/hour
