Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehab - Bethlehem, PARN Supervisor Weekend Day Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehab in Bethlehem, PA. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our patients while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Director of Nursing and lead the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred and must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
