A leading manufacturer of organic goods is in search of a 2nd shift Product & Packaging Specialist to support operations. This role offers a fantastic chance to leverage your skills within a company that prioritizes its employees.

Compensation: $ % shift differential ($26.68 per hour)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:15 pm to 9:55 pm, with potential for overtime during weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
  • At least 6 months of experience in warehouse and manufacturing settings
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing atmosphere
  • Experience in packaging, order picking, and pulling
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling items up to 120lbs, with assistance or equipment as necessary, and able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs

Your Responsibilities:

Engage in production and warehouse tasks
Operate machinery to fill containers with soap
Adjust machinery to maintain quality and quantity standards
Label and code containers and boxes
Transport pallets to designated shipping areas using forklifts or pallet jacks
Load caps, print labels, and utilize the internal ERP system
