Your duties will include:
- Engaging with customers and installers to conduct various field service tasks, including maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Applying specifications, standards, and guidelines to ensure product compliance.
- Testing electrical systems to verify safety and compatibility.
- Adhering to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and testing equipment.
- Assisting with material evaluation and troubleshooting during non-travel periods.
- Responding promptly to service requests and addressing customer inquiries.
- Traveling domestically and internationally as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent training in electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Capability to work in diverse environments and utilize digital tools.
- Robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and physical capability for fieldwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in electrical work within field or production environments.
- Electrical Master License or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with electrical principles and components.
- Knowledge of safety practices surrounding energized equipment.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
