Your duties will include:

  • Engaging with customers and installers to conduct various field service tasks, including maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Applying specifications, standards, and guidelines to ensure product compliance.
  • Testing electrical systems to verify safety and compatibility.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and testing equipment.
  • Assisting with material evaluation and troubleshooting during non-travel periods.
  • Responding promptly to service requests and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Traveling domestically and internationally as required.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent training in electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Understanding of electrical safety standards.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Capability to work in diverse environments and utilize digital tools.
  • Robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and physical capability for fieldwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in electrical work within field or production environments.
