Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests and take their orders, processing payments efficiently.
- Follow cash handling procedures meticulously.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, ensuring timely service to guests and staff.
- Comply with all alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age for alcohol consumption.
- Serve food and drinks during events, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of menu items to address guest inquiries effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Set up and dismantle workstations, ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Deliver outstanding guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Safeguard company assets through responsible practices.
- Previous experience in bartending and/or catering is preferred.
- Understanding of bartending techniques, recipes, and current trends.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications for alcohol service and food handling.
- Exemplary hospitality skills and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Adherence to the assigned dress code.
- Availability for event-based hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations.
